I’d like to do something different for Inspirational Journal this week.. rather than sharing with you a poem or story that I’ve found, I’m going to share recommended sites and articles

Today’s article is called the “9-Step Television Diet“, from Tina Su’s blog, “Think Simple Now“. It’s a few months old, and I re-read it today, having decided recently to stop watching TV altogether during the week. (I put the TV in the garage this morning, to avoid temptation)

Negative effects of TV:

  • Feeling Crappy
  • Procrastination
  • Kills Imagination
  • Bad Posture
  • Guilt

  • Get Used To Using the OFF Button
  • Use Television As A Reward
